Hi, my name is Hannah Rizza and I am a graphic designer finishing up my last year at North Carolina State University College of Design. My interest in art, helping others, and my fascination for human behavior and interactions has led me to pursue a career in design. My favorite part about design is how it can improve everyday experiences for people, whether it's helping build meaningful solutions that are thoughtful and inclusive, or helping to communicate complex ideas. My goal is to work for a company that is as passionate about design and creativity as I am, and will expand my knowledge of graphic design by pushing me outside of my comfort zone.

I decided to study graphic design and after graduating high school, I began attending NC State College of Design. I have learned so much during my time here and my amazing professors helped me to realize what I am capable of. Each year the projects became more robust, focusing on improving user experiences and interactions. For example, our studio was sponsored by SAS to help develop a tool to teach data literacy to middle schoolers. My education at NC State and internship opportunities have all been valuable in refining my skills and preparing me for the future.
